The YAO X Æmbers Collaboration this mid-July invites all Todos Santos folks and our visitors to a Japanese-{in}fused occasion at EL TRI∆NGULO, heading towards Las Playitas. On Friday, July 18, food enthusiasts can indulge in fire-refined delights at Æmbers tierras.

Your ticket opens the gateway to explore 3 food stations featuring thoughtfully composed proteins and includes a welcome drink, all barbacoa consomé RÆMEN versions, a selection of fluffy YÆOBUNS and refreshing SALAD0s. Fermentation and charred flavors in every bite, with vegan/vegetarian options for every dish, including the {local-exotic} dessert to cleanse the palate. All key flavors come straight from the fire, smoker, or our underground cooking technique, allowing for an authentic indulgment in our fire feasting experience.

As the night unfolds, we’ll create an atmosphere infused with Japanese visuals and sounds, featuring container music vibes from Kennedy as darkness falls.
